Ef's customer service is pathetic - first of all the do not bother to attend compliants on time - second, their technicians are unskilled and do not possess any basic knowledge to resolve issues - all that they do is to recommend amc (For rs 7500!) replacing filters when the product doesnt work as expected - third, they do not take customer's feedback before closing their complaints - fourth, their escalation route is useless
My complaint on ro water purifier remains unresolved for a week now - unfortunately, i was asked to signup for amc, which i did and yet no technicians have spoken to me to fix the issue - despite escalating this twice in 2 days!
