I would like to bring to your notice about the unpleasant experience i have faced with aquaguard. Around 2 weeks back, i placed a request for cleaning of my current aquaguard purfier nova gold. Although i was told by your customer care, that a technician will call within 48 hours, i didn't get any response. Only after 3-4 days did a technician come. Meanwhile i decided to move to an ro purifier so i asked the technician to send the sales guy, that was done superfast. The sales guy convinced us to buy the ro magna model (Around 19000rs) which we did from your website in front of him. I didn't receive any follow up or any update about my order so i called the sales guy (His name is javed), he told me he will check and revert. He didnt so i called him in the evening and he told me that i had asked the inventory department to call you to let you know that the product is out of stock and will take time to get delivered. I decided to cancel the order as i couldn't wait since the filter of my current model was due for a change and the water wasn't in good condition. I called up you sales department and placed a request on 26th to cancel my order. The gentlemen made me wait for 20-30 minutes, did some formalities and then gave me an order cancellation number. Again no response within 48 hours and i called back customer desk. I was told that someone will call within 48 hours to confirm the order cancellation and refund process. Although i placed a cancellation order, i still ended up getting the order. But since then (It has been 2 days) no technican has called for installation. I called the sales guy he told me that he will have the technician call me but no response. When i called him again today he put me on a concall with the technician and he is telling me that i just spoke to you when he hadn't spoken to me regarding any time. I called your helpdesk and they told me that within 24 hours a technician will come. I haven't still received any response from a technician for installation, the 20000rs product is lying in my living room like a decoration piece. What am i supposed to do with it if the company has no interest in installing it? I am totally disappointed with my experience and would like to return the product back and request for a refund to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
