Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard service no response | |||||
I have a Eureka Forbes Aquaguard water purifier. It is still in warranty period. I had registered a complaint when it stopped working. It has been close to a month that Aquaguard has not responded and redressed the complaint. They had assured that they will send an engineer. But till now no one has visited our place. I also have the ticket/reference number of the complaint which I had registered over phone. Complaint date - 29/03/2016 Reference No. 86341736 This is the worst kind of service I have ever faced.
