2 years service contract on 16/09/2013 for Rs 2400/- for my aquaguard model no. ST- 2000 for the period 16/09/2013 to 15/09/2015.Contract receipt no.[protected]. Whenever any person comes from Eureka Forbes for servicing after due checking he says that the filter candle could not be changed due to non availability.I have contacted the concerned office, head office, customer care and lodged complain but no action has yet been taken.it appears that in the name of service contract they are collecting money but actual servicing is not done. since yesterday my wife is suffering from acute diahrrea.
