ID no.[protected] .i have been using Aqua guard water purifier for many years. I have also been renewing AMC with the condition that the technician should attend only after 5.30 pm .In spite of that every servicing is being done only after several reminders. last servicing which was due in the month of August 2014 which has not been attended. Despite having the contact number, attendants do not have the courtesy to remind us nor visit for servicing. When complained about the same, arrogantly inform that since the AMC has expired, service can be offered only on renewal of AMC. My complaint is since the service due for August is not done I want the same to be done immediately without citing any reason.Then only renewal of AMC will be considered
