I HAVE AN INOVA AQUAGUARD MACHINE WHICH I PURCHASED ABOUT4-5 YEARS AGO. I HAVE THIS UNDER ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT. THE SERVICING DONE IS OF EXTREMELY POOR STANDARD. I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY. THE PEOPLE ARRIVE WITHOUT FIRST CALLING. MY MACHINE HAS FUNGUS GROWING IN THE COMPARTMENT TO BE CLEANED ONLY BY THE COMPANY- PEOPLE. IT HAS STOPPED WORKING NOW- NO WATER GOING IN AT ALL!!! I WOULD DISCOURAGE OTHERS FROM BUYING THIS PRODUCT BECAUSE OF POOR AFTER-SALES-SERVICE. Was this information helpful? | |||
