Dear eureka,

I purchased a aquaguard from your company in january this year. Your company servicing agent, imran came to my house for free servicing in july, 2017 as my aquaguard was in warranty. He informed me that the candles need to be replaced as they have become dirty within 3 months of purchase. So i replace the candles at my own cost (Receipt attached). The very next day my aquaguard stops working, thereafter the water which is coming out has wooden particles within a foul smell. Again when i call imran, he comes home and replaces the candles, this time free of cost. Now within 5 days i find black particles coming in the water (Picture attached). My aquagaurd is in warranty period. Hence, i inform you to replace my current aquaguard with a brand new aquaguard. I also need a explanation that why have you sent me a defective piece in which the candles have to be replaced within 3 months and such poor quality maintenance by your agent imran. If you do not replace my aquaguard then i shall be suing your company in consumer court soon. Awaiting your response.
