[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard UV magna | |||||
I had bought a aquaguard magna water purifier UV online during September 2015. Received the product. It took 7 days to get installed. Water received from it was trading aweful. It was services thrice during first week of installation and they refused to provide a replacement. I returned it for a100% refund in a week threafter within their refund policy timeliness. It had been 2 months today and I have still not received any refund. Bharat Motwani ecommerce and vinit just donot take my calls and whenever they do they say that gati courier have still not delivered the product to their warehouse (even after 30 days of pickup) eureka forbes seem to be good winking clients and using their monies. Donot but their products as they are useless. I bought Kent max thereafter and is giving goods water. I still remain to receive my refund from aquaguard. Was this information helpful? | |||||
