Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard UV plus releave alkaline water

Dear Sir/Maa'm, I have Eureka Forbes Aquaguard purifier, but from last 6month i have to face many problems with this machine. It releave saline in water and the water became alcaline.The upper layer is cover with white sheet of saltness. I complaint many times in last few months but i couldn't get any permanent solution of my problem. Many service person came at my home, clean machine's tank but after 1 day the same problem accures.The service man told me that saline is hardness what ur machine release from ur water. But when i was supposed to perchase the machine ur company or company's sales person doesn't told me about it. Often I called sales person but the sales person also doesn't take any care of it. Even I don't get any satisfy answer from sales person. Here, I request u to give me perticular solution of my problem otherwise take ur machine back I don't want to continue with ur machine.
