Eureka Forbes — Aquaguard water purified not working

Dear Sir I am using the product of Eureka Forbes past 8 years. This product was working with certain issues however till date the complaint were solved and the Machine had not stopped completely. On 15th of Jan 15 the machine stopped working completely, therefore I called the call center on # 39883333. I received a complaint # 79871732. Engineer though visited and informed to change the circuit. Its been 5 days now and I am bouncing between call center and service center, without any solution. All agents are rude Mr Zakir from call center and miss jyotsna from service center openly offered me to go to consumer forum as they cant help me and its not their job.
