I got a amc renewal msg from your side before the end of contract date. I replied to the msg typing renew. The service person came and said that the renewal amount is 3250/- as it is in the contract date. I said ok. He said that within two days he will renew it. But never turned back. Now after a month he is saying that contract date has been ended so i need to pay rs 3450/-. Why should i pay extra amount for his fault. Also the service person is threatening me saying that if i do not pay extra amount he ll repair my machine which ll b of no use and i need to throw it off. May i know the solution for this issue.
