I suresh kumar from Tindivanam, have lodge a service request ( Ref no: [protected]) a week before. but till now service has not happen. due to delay in poor service we are force to drink contaminated water. we have contacted pondicherry branch but there is no response from the branch. our details as follows : st code 59321, customer code 650. kindly do service as early
