We purchased aquasure - aquoflo dx uv water purifier in may 2015 and were committed two free services from your company. For first free service company person automatically came but for second service no one came.in aug we called mr umesh your authorized representative [protected] and [protected]. He took 850 rs from us but after service water leakage continued so we called him many times and threatened to complain also. He just came once whereby we clearly told him every time to come after 5.30 pm when water comes. Problem continued. Is this the type of service your company is providing? I am attaching the 850 rs receipt and this is last chance for your company to improve negative impression otherwise i am bound to purchase water purifier from other company and spread bad word of mouth for eureka forbes.
