Awful service i've received from aqua guard.
This is with ref to my complaint ref [protected].
I raised my complaint on 10th oct 2017.
I was assured that your rep will visit in 2 working days.
A rep came on friday afternoon 13th oct 2017. He checked the devices and assured that he'll come back in evening to fix it.
He didn't turn up for the entire day. I then had to follow up on saturday by calling your customer care number and the advisor assured me that he'll arrange someone to visit by eod. No one came.
I then called up the cc again in the evening, i again got an assurance that it'll be dealt on high priority. He said that someone will visit same day or max by afternoon 12:30 in sunday. He also gave me a contact number of area manager amit salvi. I tried his number 4-5 times, all the time the number was busy and no call back. On sunday i tried to call him twice there was no answer.
As usual no one came, i waited till 1:30. I then called up the again at 1:30 pm on sunday, again as usual the advisor assured that a technician will come.
I must say the guys are very good in giving us hope but it's disheartening when the assurance is not fulfilled.
When i asked to raise an official complaint he transferred my call to a supervisor virendra jaiswal. This is the only guy who showed some interest and willingness to help. But unfortunately nothing was under his control.
He tried to reach mr amit salvi keeping me in conference, even his call remained unanswered.
I then requested to raise an official complaint and to my surprise there was no other complaints procedure which they follow.
I could only manage to get the website url to raise the complaint.
I had to waste the entire saturday and sunday sitting and waiting for a technician at home.
Not to mention we have to consume unfiltered water for past 5 days. Who's responsible?
