Eureka Forbes — aquasure - broken tap takes ages to repair | |||
This is for the aquasure model of water purifier that i am using. We had a broken tap issue a few days back and that we registered a compliant on 18th september. The service technician who came on the next day said he had the wrong model in the database and does not have the right tap. He indicated he will come after two days. Despite repeated calls over their call centre nothing happened. We now have a your "friend for life" sitting here useless. There are multiple problems here. 1/ your tap design is lousy! Please show this compliant to your design team. There are so many ways in which a tap could have been designed robust rather than hold it on a thin flimsy plastic wedge that is so susceptible to breakage. This is the root cause. 2/ your customer database (And data entry operators) are highly error prone. This is not the first time i got the complaint that your database has a wrong machine assigned under my name. This happened with my previous aquaguard as well. 3/ your customer service agents are negligent of the customer's needs. They will find an excuse and never turn up. I want an immediate resolution here or else i will write to ceo-customer service and crm at eureka forbes ltd.
