[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure prime uv, uf circuit board damage during routine service by servicemen | |||||
Service person came to do routine service yesterday. Mobile no of service man is [protected]. After his routine service he shown everything is ok and went away. But when we on the switch of water filter it was not getting on. We called him today for check it. He came to check and after checking he told us that circuit board is gone need to change. He told me to put complaint to call centre. Complaint is lodged. Then he told us that we will have to pay approx rs 1500 for changing it. Why will have to pay when circuit board is gone due to lack of awareness of service person regarding circuit board safety. Perhaps water entered into circuit board for which it has gone.
