[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Aquasure water purifier(Nano RO machine) | |||
I have been facing problem with the aquasure water purifier(Nano RO machine) from a long time. The same is under AMC upto March 29, 2017. I have called the customer service centre many times but there is no proper response from the company. I had first made a complaint on 5th august 2016 and since then the technician has visited my place twice to resolve the problem, however the same is not yet fixed. From the past 10-12 days i have been calling the customer care for support but have still not got any support because of which i am unable to use the water purifier. The standard reply that I am getting from the customer care people and senior executives (Momita Roy, Zakir Husain, Debasish Shah, etc) is that the technician would visit tomorrow from the last 10-12 days.
