Eureka Forbes — aquasure xpert ro wp/not working/poor service/refund of amc amount

Product details: aquasure xpert ro wp

The product is almost 5-6 years old and every year i renew the amc. Service.
The product is now under amc.

The water purifier started giving problems, the day they changed the filter i. E.in the 2nd week of march 2020. Because of lockdown, i didnt raise a complaint initially.

However, i placed a complaint via the phone complaint mechanism in the 2nd week of april 2020 since there was relaxation on essential services.
No one contacted or showed up.in between i made multiple followups on this ticket but to no avail. There was no provisions to escalate the issue to the next level.

The dirty water has affected our health and we have faced extreme difficulties these 3 months as we have to buy water from outside every day due to lockdown.

Now its more than 2 months since i register a complaint that the product is not working, i' not getting any help from the support team/ backened team.

Even the support team has minimal update. The support team response is pathetic and every time i call them and i would get a response that this has been escalated and their business partner will attend the call soon and avoid giving forwarding the call to the next level for escalation.

As usual, no response.in a desperate attempt i wrote to the email mentioned on the website deepa. [protected]@eurekaforbes.com. Still awaiting for their response even after multiple reminders.

Eureka forbes should act immediately and send a technician to solve my problem or give a replacement or initiate the amc refund policy.

The social media of eureka forbes is full of customer grievances which is evidence of the apathy of this company to its customers. Please take strict action so that they start servicing for not only me but all the aggrieved customers.

Kindly let me have the email address and phone number of your service head, karnataka, service head of all india from your head office, and other higher officials at the earliest and mr. Vinath hegde (Head crm).
This may help you to resolve my problems..
