Sir we have purchased an Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner from your reliance digital Bareilly store on 30th October 2019.

The vaccum cleaner was working properly from beginning but stopped working from February 2020 and many complaints had been filed but they were just procrastinating the complain by saying that the parts of the machine aren't available.
Then they serviced the machine twice once in July 2020 and other in August 2020 but both the times machine didn't work. AWFUL SERVICE BY YOUR SIDE.
We want the replacement of the product because it's just not working and we asked for replacement in February 2020 itself but that time no heed was paid and now they are saying that time has passed for replacement
also the guarantee period is passing with ZERO QUALITY SERVICE and after the period will be over no service will be provided.
It's been 6 months since no proper service has been done but just avoiding the issue.
We now want replacement of the product as it's not our issue that time period for replacement has passed but your company's issue who didn't pay heed to our innumerable complains.
