This complaint is with respect to the amc renewal provided on 15/10/2017.
The serviceman dismantled the entire purifier and we got more problems then what was previously happening. He did not fixed it back properly. Water was leaking all over the place.
After spoiling the purifier, he even stole an extension which was fixed. We complained to the service centre 5 to 6 times and each time they promised that someone will come to sort it out, but no one came.
It will be my duty to spread how bad the experience was over social media if i don't get a satisfactory response. Was this information helpful? |
