Eureka Forbes — Bad service | |
Its been 15 days i am complaining about my aquagaurd RO, No body body in Eureka forbes ready to listen to their customer's problem. They only know how to sell but service they provide is really poor. I am still waiting my product to get fixed. Product is already in warranty however they ediots do not bother. Every time i call them, they ask me to wait for another 24-48 hrs .. Next time when i call i find my ticket resolved or completed without any sort of confirmation or visit. I have to open a new ticket again which again taken 48 hrs and same process as before. One of the worst experience i have with this Company. One thing i find in this portal that i am not the only one. More than 20k people made a mistake buying Aquagaurd. Such a chor company, I would never recommend anyone to go and buy Aquagaurd.

I am damn sure that even Consumer forum will not be able to help in resolving my complaint. But at least am happy people who are interested in buying an RO will never go with this chor company..
