My machine is dead now, which is out of warrantee. I have raised a service request to customer care ([protected]) on 06.09.20 vide complaint no: [protected]. I have called this number 5 times till now, but no one has visited/called me till now. Executive tells every time that he has mentioned this to resolve on priority. 3rd week completed, no response till now.
How can anyone use direct pipe waster if he is using aquaguard since long time. What is the meaning of pure water then, if service is this type?
Want to raise a complaint to ombudsmen on site. But error is "your ticket is no longer valid". What nonsense is this?
