Is react water technologies a truly authorised dealer of eureka Forbes? Been having a harrowing experience since last 2 weeks. Thankfully haven't paid for the product still and they are refusing to take it back. Haven't received any invoice too and order no. Is 174. These guys look bogus to me. They have been trying everything possible to fix the issues with additional parts etc but nothing seems to work. They are refusing to take it back and insist they will keep installing newer parts to fix the issue. They say they have raised invoice so cannot take back the product and that invoice will only come via e mail but hasn't come till date. Called eureka Forbes call centre and they advise not to pay these guys and say they don't work in this manner. Address of this firm is given as plot 44A, Subbiah Nagar, Ayyappathangal, and contact number is[protected]
