Eureka Forbes — Bought Aquasure Amrit Cartridge online but transaction not processed and money debited from bank account | |||
On Monday may 25th 2015 I purchased a refill cartridge of Aquasure Amrit online through the eureka forbes site. Shockingly the transaction was not completed, but the money Rs.449/- was debited from my account. The transaction ID on my bank statement is[protected] I tried calling the main eureka forbes number, who refused to register my complaint and instead gave me #[protected] which no one picks up (tried 7 times). I want this money reversed back into my account by Eureka Forbes, else I won't hesitate approaching the consumer court even if it is for 449/- JEEVPRAKASH S.
