Eureka Forbes — candle and service not provided by the service centre against 2years AMC contract

sir, i have AMC contract period from 26/03/2014 to 25/03/2016 but the owner money kalia service centre amritsar punjab has not provided me any service and candle of my water purifier till today. on contact she refuse to provide me the same. which is cheating and fraud with the consumer. please help me. my contract no is[protected]
