[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Candle replacement in warranty | |||||
We have taken 2 years amc which will expire in november 2016. You will be shocked we requested 10 times via customer care number ([protected]) and answer is same. Customer official of eureka forbes. They are used to do false promises "sir, i am sending your request on urgent basis this is not a regular follow up - this will be on priority and technician will visit today itself" i have recorded audio clip of my phone conversation, unfortunately i am not able to attach bcz audio clip recorded in different format. Amr which is not supported here to attach. Now, 1.5 months passed and we are still waiting for technician visit. Moreover, i pursue complaint directly via email again they requested more request number and promised to get things sorted soon. Still, we are waiting for phone call from customer care. I had worst experience with eureka forbes so far and i do not recommend them to anyone. They generated 6 request numbers so far.
