I have purchased vacuum cleaner from ooty bigshop we are using 3 vacuum cleaners we purchased a new one for more comfortable it's been purchased on december but it got trouble in jan and repaired in same month but again it's issues with the spare parts i asked them to replace i said i'll pay too but still no responsed it's a new one have a warranty for one year now it's really trouble
Called mr. Pradeep and also mr. Mohan no respond from this both they are service station head i think please do the need full
