[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Charge over mrp on dr. Aquaguard classic | |||||
I have purchased dr. Aquaguard classic from eureka fobes, my customer number is : [protected], they have given me bill only for inr 8990 but they have taken inr 9490 from me. The mrp sticker paste on the product is also for inr 8990. When i call to their call center they said that by mistake it has happen and they suppose to refund the amount charged extra, the product purchased on dt 3rd nov 2016 from that day i am chasing for the refund but no response, several time i called their call center #[protected] but always they are giving some false assurance that the amount already sent, please check with bank etc etc..
