One of your sales person mr. Bibekananda pradhan working under eureka forbes, bhubaneswar comes to my house & request to purchase cc camera. Accordingly to his request i purchased 3 cc cameras from eureka forbes which were installed in2016.in 2018 i shifted to to 1st. Floor and want to add one more camera with the 3 cameras installed earlier. But, it is regretted to say that already 3 months have been passed out. Mr. Pradhan is not responding me I have also place this matter before his seniors. Till date the matter has not been solved. As a regular customer of eureka forbes, it is requested to kindly look in to the matter and find out any way to solve my problem.
