I have purchased a dr aquaguard magna hd ro on 27.9 2017. The sales person named sambhaji gauri came for demo. He didnot desribe me about the design of the filter. The storage cap of the filter is removable and the product not suitable to my requirements. I have not installed the product and want to return back the product as per their money back guarantee mentioned on your website. My request number is[protected]. I have called so many times the sales representative but he is not coordinating with buy back. More than 10 times i spoke to their pune branch manager and message him Finally i lost my peace of mind by the company eureka forbers. I demand compensation for all this issues.
