[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — company sales person taken advance amount & also asked to pay full amount online & still not return advance amount since 6 months

Eureka Forbes company employee had asked me to pay advance amount of 5k & also asked me to pay full amount online by saying I will pay that advance amount to you by evening. I had paid advance amount & full amount of that product also. Now I am waiting for that advance amount of 5k since 6 months. He was saying, I will give it to you by tomorrow & like that & now he is not receiving my call also. I had raised complaint ([protected]) against him in eureka forbes customer care but they are also not taking any action.
Now I need to go at consumer court to file complaint against eureka forbes.
Employee name was Harish (Pune) & His contact no. is [protected].
Now I can say, Eureka forbes is very bad company & they treat their customer like as me.
