[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Company selling the products by false commitment and scam | |||||
My eureka forbes customer i. D. Is [protected], email i. D. Is [protected]@gmail.com. I had purchased dr. Magna hd water purifier about a year back, under two year payment plan where i issued 8 cheques to the company. I was offered free service for two years and change of all filters and carbon once during two years. Now the product require service immediately and i lodged a service complaint and also requested change of filters and carbon and surprisingly i had been informed that i have to pay for it because sales person has not updated the details in the system and actually water purifier has been installed on rent. I was shocked to know this scam done by the eureka forbes team by fooling the people. People are loosing faith in the company because of wrong commitment and offers given to the customers to sell the product. With immediate effect i will stop rest of the payment and approach consumer court to protect my right as a consumer. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dr Aquaguard Magna HD, RO newly purchase on 1st Nov 2016 is not working since 15th Nov 2016. Local service center is not able to rectify till date. Hence a new machine may be replaced immediately as our entire family facing difficulty for drinking water. The Customer ID is -[protected].
