[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — company service center not giving the renewal contract for aquaguard total sensa with smp+ product | |||
Our Customer Code is [protected]. We purchased this product in the year 2010 and after that we are using it and also availing the service contract for the every 2 years regularly. My renewal plan got completed lastly on 17/05/2018 then after the service executive is not taking the new contract as they say the parts are not available. Then in the month of August 2018 on calling the service executive he comes and changes the parts by charging approximately Rs. 4000/- . If the Company is providing the products to the customers and they cannot provide us the parts for the same then we have wasted our money. Its a fraud with us as on one side company says no parts are available and so that we cannot renew your service contract and on the other side the service executive comes and changes the parts and charges higher amounts. Eureka Forbes are the cheaters and they are cheating there customers. One cannot trust this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
