Dear team, This is to inform you that I have taken a water purifier in year 2009 product name is "Infiniti". 1) I have taken an AMC for it for last 3 years and it gets lapsed in last July month: The service provider has given me only 2 time filter change and they suggested me to that they can provide me the filter even after the duration will complete, once I asked them to do so they denied and told me to renew the AMC and that filter will not be given to me. 2) after this bitter experience I have raised a complaint for changing my filter on 9-dec-2014 and the candles of the water filter got changed in one day by a representative called Dnyaneshwar - [protected], 8483902/1714, he said that once the water will come he will come and get it checked and taken my signature, after that this filter is not working and giving red signal..since 10Dec I am calling him but he is saying to raise a different complaint or he is busy, I should call him later...he doesn't have time, he has checked it properly and now I may need to get an AMC first to resolve this issue. By this incident I get two things very clear in terms of Eureka Forbes, that this company is cheating with the end users since there is no retails services provider in between so there is no control on your workers(who installs the purifier), also I understood that since the money they are getting so less for a single unit installation so they are not interested to waste the time for a repetitive task and hence end user is struggling with this. story does not finish here again today when i was raising a complaint the executive Gopal doesn't understand the complaint no., consumer number, phone number, he doesnt even understand how to check the history and how to deal with the customer atlast he has given me his senior Dutta Kumar's Number which is [protected] and when I called on this number the person disconneted the phone so many times and it triggers me to write a complaint against Eureka Forbes: I want the below points to be sorted ut: 1) What is the status of my AMC, how many times the filters got changed. 2) What is the status of the complaint of 09-Dec-2014. 3) How to sort out the issue of my water purifier, it is still not working after changing the candles.
