[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — complaint against selling a defective piece | |||
Hello mr ceo, Last week of dec 2017 i have purchased dr aquaguard magna from your sales executive mr prabhu (Phone# [protected], bangalore 560043) in the name of mr amit sarkar (# [protected]). Within a weeks time i observed water dripping from the filter that spoiled my kitchen top. I immediately called up mr prabhu on 3rdjan 2018 n he assured me that a technician will visit n rectify within 2 days. Nothing has happened till now and he does not pick my calls anymore so we formally raised a complaint with eureka yesterday n today n they have again assured me that someone will visit. I am looking forward to this at present as my filter is in switched off mode n am buying drinking water from outside. Just want to point out that my family has been associated with eureka with almost 20 yrs now. We keep going back to u guys not only for the product but most importantly hassle free customer service. We have paid the entire amount to this guy and it seems he’s sold us a defective piece. We were not expecting such poor service from u guys. Please take this complaint against mr prabhu too n i need to know how u guys have handled this sales guy who came running the same day to sell his product but has vanished now taking all my money.
