Eureka Forbes — Complaint for not installation and harrssment regarding purchased AQUAGUARD product one month ago

Hi, I purchased DR. AQUAGUARD DR. AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV worth 17490 rupees on mont ago over a sales call from Eureka forbes. I made the payment immediately after call itself when the sales executive did many promise about product quality and the delivery as well as free installation in my home. But today i am fully disappointed with my decision as i made the payment on 17th June but still i am awaiting for installation in my home. Free delivery and the complete installation are the part of the new product sale as per company and what same was committed to me. After given assurance to me only i made my mind to purchase the product. But in reality i am still awaiting for installation. Their customer care no. are always busy. Initially the product even was not delivered for around month but again called many times and requested them to deliver, finally they given me product but not at the home address in fact we had to receive at location which is 30 kilometers far from my home.Anyhow i received the product but still its not installed at my home. Today on 18th July i am still awaiting for the update if the installation will be done or not at my home. I want immediate installation of the purifier. I am fully frustrated and hoping for an immediate action for my complaint. Also looking to go as per legal process to take action against the company if still its not resolved.

I know i have made the mistake to purchase this product, i can feel the learning after continuous follow-up of around 3 months but you guys are not at all addressing the issues. The product is still not completely installed and from the partial installation also its not working at all due to leakage issues. Also the free product with the the purifier is not delivered.

This is here i am noting down each and every pending issue which persist till now (definitely not including what i already faced during delivery of the product).

Hope i have spoke many of you about my complaint, giving you in details description again about the issue for which i am waiting to resolve since the day of purchase of this MAGNA product.

This product i bought on 17th June, your people did not deliver at home also but any how my parents received the product from Nimkathana which is around 25 km from my home (address given during the purchase). They received the same after 25 days about. Post that after many follow-ups team partially installed this at my home, major problems start from here.

Below are the outstanding issues:

01 . Firstly personal water purifier worth 595rs which supposed to be free with the product is not yet delivered. already registered complaint for this.

02. Team did not complete installation of the product, saying that they came only near by visit only and they dont have all the equipment along with them. committed they will complete the installation in few days, will send some other technician, I did many follow-ups since last 1.5 months with them but no one addressed at all, They just fitted the product into wall and plugged the pipe but remaining wall fixing and all are pending. Also they suggested to purchase an additional filter to safe guard the Magna purifier. On suggestion i purchased that too but that is also just hanging on wall side. Wall installation of that too is still pending.

03. After that the most important issue the product started leaking water at the bottom of it. I raised many complaints but as usual no response. I am suspecting the product is faulty. When we just leave it switch ON running continuously after fill of the upper tank of the purifier, it starts continuously leaking at bottom side near the product lining. For your reference i took many snapshots(attached here) and circled where exactly the water is leaking. Due to this problem we are on STOP point to use this product at all.

I spoke many times with many guys including Mr. Ajay (supervisor), Aditya Panwar(who made all the false promises and sold it to me), yusuf(Sales team), Nakul, vijay, Ashwini, , Kevin, (Service team), Mr. Kailash (Jaipur AQAUA team, Narendra (who has done the partial installation of the product at home, kept in CC here) and many more. but till now struggling to make it work finally.


This is a highly worst experience i ever get from such a reputed product company, you can pretty much understand from this mail that how many issues i have faced due to you guys and till now product is not working for me. People gives different contact numbers every-time me to coordinate and resolve .

Please address these all through this single chain only and let me know your response. Please let me know if you really can help, if not please arrange the return of this product and let me take my entire amount refund back.If this time these are not resolved, not sure who is the accountable but i am sorry to say, frustrated with the numerous follow-ups, I would like to carry forward the issues to consumer court because i have no other way left.

Also request you to share me further escalation matrix to follow if you have any.
