We had bought the Euroclean WD X2 machine in April 2016. It has developed some snag, the machine/motor is making odd noises.
So We had registered a complaint at your help line No: 39883333, on 18/12/2016, we have got a complaint no. [protected].
Your people have picked up the machine from my house almost a month ago and still there is no information till now. I dont know if they have sold off my machine. There is no reply. Please let me know if i will ever get back my machine. If repair of the machine is not possible, pl arrange for a new machine immediately. Your customer service department is useless.
Also we have not been able to escalate the complaint. Pl let me know how i can escalate the complaint to your directors.
