Hello Team,
I am writing this mail to you because i am totally disappointed with the Service provided by you. My water purifier is not operating and even after multiple calls to call center and registering complaint on your portal, nobody has taken accountability of resolving it. I am not able to store drinking water from last 3 days.
Nobody cares ! Eureca Forbes as a brand is loosing its value just because of carelessness of people working in your service department. I have purchased AMC and i am facing this issue. Instead of contacting private local technician could have resolved this complaint.
Request you to pls look into this matter. Its getting delayed day by day and i am suffering this issue.
Looking at this experience, i have decided not to buy any EF product afterwards. This is just because of service provided by you !!
Request you to arrange to send technician & carryout the replacement of affected parts. ! Thanks !
