I purchased EUREKA RO on 09.05.2015 through on lineand customer ID alloted to me is [protected].
RO received and installed without any issue, but i have not received gift items till date, as promised by the company, i have been trying to resolve the issue through their customer care over phone but to to no avail, as they gave some other number (s) which never get connected.
Let me know how could i get my gift items and when, though items are small and not of much monetary value but the company must fulfill the promise they make to customers Was this information helpful? |
