Installation date 7th July 2017
First service request :- [protected] ( 4th Aug) purifier was stopping and starting randomly (note this is within one month from installation)
Second request :- [protected] (Aug 8) product stopped working, repairman came and replaced UV light but it stopped again . He went back and said PCB needs to be replaced, spares not available
Another set came on 20th Aug as noted on above link, replaced PCB
Third request : [protected] (Within a week of the last ), again servicemen came and said membrane needs replacement.
I asked for replacement of product.
Regional service head says only service possible and replacement period is one month from initial buy.
As per them product is supposed to last for 10 years. Here it conked off in two months.
Not sure what to do next. Horrible experience. Was this information helpful? |
