[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — constant follow up but problem not solved | |||
Dear sir, I purchased aquaguard machine (Dr. Megna uv+) from eureka forbes. I also purchased contract (Amc) from this company for 3 year. I raised request so many times for service but no executive visit my place. I called so many times to customer care of this company but there is no any improvement. I paid 5000rs to the company for amc & also i have receipt for this same. I called customer care for refund my money back but they denined for give money.
