[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — cord free vacuum cleaner | |||
Service request no: [protected]. Worst service by eureka forbes. I bought kordfree vaccum cleaner of eureka on 14th jan 2019 against comparison with dyson and your sales person mr. Ramesh singh and mr. Koli have assured to provide best possible service when they were on sales call But in just 4 months span my machine is already repaired once and it took 6-8 days for your service person to identify this problem. Next incident happened when my wife started using machine one fine day and when she was trying to lift machine from stand it broke at swivel where internal plastic sheared completely, how can this happened? If this machine is not reliable then eureka should convey customer about use in detailed and also should intimate customer that this machine is delegate and not for daily use. We have purchased this at such a high cost for such a worst service? Also sometimes we have to press switch 4 time then machine starts. When i raised service request, i called area service person mr. Maruti birajdar and explained incident with sharing photos and he assured me to resolve this as machine is still under warranty and he ordered part which took 6-7 days after my request but when another service person was heading my house to hand over part he told me that payment has to be made against this part which i refused as machine is still under warranty and i dont know whether its my mistake or faulty machine. After using machine for a week i asked my relatives to buy this machine and 2 of them have bought this so far but if my issue is no resolved then i will make sure that no one in my network will buy eureka forbes kordfree. Jul 17, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Eureka addressed issue and done repair of the product and changed few sub components. Products is in use since then. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
