For an amount of rs. 3620/= vide contract receipt no. 10 / 22358773 dated 21 aug 2013.

2. Cust. Id for new ro+uv enhance model [protected] purchased on exchange on 22 march 2015 vide
No.3868 from your authorized franchise of venus ro system from west mambalam, chennai. 600033. (One of the worst
Ale person, i ever had met.. Who never fulfills his promises.. Never bothered about the customer after sales..)

3. I have repeated request for extended my warranty period or to refund the amc excess money on the exchange of the upgraded model.. (Approx. 1 year 5 months 11 days..= rs.1760 + interest @18% for two years till date rs.640..= rs.2400/=

4. I am enclosing the xerox copies of a) amc … and b) ro+uv enhance model purchase copy..

5. Kindly make necessary arrangement to send me the balance amount at the earliest..

The complaint / issue is still going. Who has given that the issue has been resolved? Kindly update me...
The issue is still going on.
If possible, kindly give me your higher officials..like GM, Service Head, Support Head and Customer care Head phoe numbers and E Mail IDs, so that I can talk to them directly.
Customer care or Call center people or of no use to solve the problems since they can't take decisions or authority...

Why not AQUAGUARD magnanimous in giving the customer by giving ONE YEAR AMC WITH REPLACING ALL THE FILTERS?
OR
AT LEAST MAGNANIMOUS IN REPLACING ALL THE FILTERS WITHOUT FREE OF COST WITHOUT AMC FOR ONE YEAR INSTEAD OF REPAYING THE ABOVE SAID AMOUNT Rs.2400/=.

IF AQUA GUARD THINKS, ON RETAINING THE LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE ME, CAN DO ANYTHING..

Company is doing FRAUDULENT activities as if customer has requested the service ... CUSTOMER HAS NOT AT ALL REQUESTED THE SERVICE UNLESS THE PROBLEM IS SOLVED..
