Eureka Forbes — Customer care cutting call

I wanted to raise cart ridge replacement request. Called up customer care. some guy called Sandeep or pradeep picked up call and wasted 20 minutes in four back to back calls. And intentionally irritated with stupid questions.
How dare they cut calls when customer is talking. They cut calls 3 times.
Is this the way they talk?
i called them on saturday 11th jun around 2.20pm and instead raising service request they were talking rudely.
is this the way eureka forbes customer care executives talk to their customer when they call?

Customer ID: since we ordered eureka Forbes 16litre manual filter called aqua sure from flipkart, I don't have customer ID .. this is what I have been telling them.
They can create new customer ID or require please find the invoice of the ordered item.
The item doesn't come in warranty period
