I signed 3 years amc contract with eureka for servicing of my aqua guard. As per contract terms there are two visits in a year.in one visit engineer is supposed to change candle and in another he cleans the candle to do routine maintenance however this time when he visited my house i was not their so i came to know from by son that he even could not able to open the m/c forget about changing the candle so he simply cleaned machine from outside and took my son signature and vanished.
I would like to logged a complaint against eureka for cheating by sending un trained technician that too without prior intimation.
