[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — customer ID: [protected], Very pathetic after sales support (reg: Euroclean wet & dry vaccum cleaner)

Such a good company but sorry to say very bad after sale service support. First i followed up for the product for 3-4 days for which i was informed from sales, will be delivered with in 2 days. After having the product, I informed Mr Gaurav (mobile no. [protected]) facing the problem in utility and please arrange for the demo of the product on Sunday (19/10/14) for which he agreed. On follow up since 9 am, had the confirmation for the same from Gaurav for ehich he said will be at my place by 1 pm. On calling him at 2:30, why not reached. he simply said that he has been assigned other customer for demo . FYI, before buying product, he was punctual but after selling product he is not providing the service. Very sad to say, such a pathetic, poor service after sale. The purpose for buying the product was for Diwali but it failed. I need some one to attend today itself as on my follow up again and again, now i have been informed that it will not done and speak to the seniors for the same.
