[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — dealer cheated by giving old model 2015

Dear sir,

I have purchase aqua guard 1 1/2 month back. After installing the same i found the model is of 2015. After speaking to dealer, he said he can't do anything now.

And the problem is, water flow is very low, to fill the water pot of 20 liter it took almost more than 1 hour to fill it the same. You engineer had visited my home 2-3 times.

Kindly resolve my issue.

But i request you to exchange the Aqua guard to new model of 2017.
Why should i keep the old model, where company might have done some change in the new product of 2017
So again i am requesting you to exchange the same.
