[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — declined to restore defect within the contractual period of amc | |||
The ro unit sl no [protected] of eureka forbes presently under amc from period 26/4/2019 till 25/4/2020 in the name of pijush sengupta aganist payment of rs. 4355 vide contract receipt no:[protected] dated 15/4/20119. The said water purifier ro not working and the representative of eureka forbes on requisition of service contract visited today and inspected the condition. I am now being asked by the representative of company who visited today that the present amc is almost likely to expire within a month time so i have to pay the next amc amount first to get the work done despite the fact that the present amc still in force till[protected].
