[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — defaulty machine | |
Aquaguard magna purchased 4 months ago is not working even though it has warranty of 1 year. The mechanic who came to repair told that the candle was not functioning and at the same time told that the candle is not available in their store. Since 4 days no sign of anybody for repair of the machine. Horrible customer service the people working at your company don't even know how to behave. Since 4 days we are uaing boiled water for drinking purpose. The numbers given on the pamphlet also don't work. Was this information helpful? | |
