Eureka Forbes — Defective piece from Day 1 | |||
Got cheated by Sales Person named Shiva(Ph. [protected]). He said its the best product, AQUAGUARD MAGNA HD RO+UV WATER PURIFIER and launched into market 2 yrs back, but from the service person we came to know it was launched 2 months back. It started with water leakage immediately after installation, now it is water never gets filled in the tank. After repetitive complaints that there is no water coming. Rather for half litre of water it pumps out 3 buckets of water. Utter wastage of Municipal water. Want a replacement with basic model and remaining money back. Headoffice guy at Kudlu gate Bangalore Mr. Padmanabhan( Ph.[protected]) is also pathetic never answers the call. Called up service centre head Mr. Surya Prakash (Ph [protected]) who could not get the problem rectified. Will Goto CONSUMER COURT if problem is not resolved within 3 days.
